How are my monthly fees paid?
Monthly fees are automatically debited from your business checking account the first week of each month for the previous month's transactions. Therefore, there is no need to send in a check to pay your monthly fees.
What are my monthly fees?
Monthly fees vary based on the type of account you have. That said, all merchants pay a monthly minimum fee, a statement fee, and a discount rate and authorization fee on every transaction. Refer to your Merchant Bankcard Agreement to see your specific fees.
Can I order supplies for my terminal or printer through Humboldt Merchant Services?
Yes, you can! Simply send us an email with: Your Merchant Number, Terminal Type, Printer Type, and the Supplies (and Quantities) that you need. We already know the ribbon and paper types that support your equipment, so you do not need to list the specific item numbers.
